## Canon and people
The name is "13th Row Outlaws"; it does not mean there are thirteen Outlaws. Ragman, Strawman and the Reaper are fictional characters in the music and story. The Panic Mechanic digging them up is a fictional tall tale inspired by Jody's work on the haunt. Real-life scare actors, builders and crew are living people; do not infer, invent or reveal their identities. The missing-farmhand legend is fiction.
